Returns and exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We're not able to offer exchanges for sanitary purposes. You're welcome to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Email with your order number and refund request.
Please provide a reason for the request.
Allow 48-72 hours for refund to be processed and confirmation email to be sent.
    Refunds take between 5-10 business days to post to your statement. Please follow up with your bank.

      Tracking is included in your shipping notification email, please refer to this email to locate your package. Please keep in mind that
        Due to Covid-19, you may experience a delay in shipment arrival depending on your area.
        Please note: We are not responsible for stolen items. We recommend Priority Mail as it includes insurance to file a claim in these cases.

        How long does shipping usually take?
        Standard domestic shipping is in transit from 3-7 business days.
        Priority domestic shipping is in transit from 2-5 business days.
        International shipping is in transit from 7-14 business days.

        What carrier do you ship through?
        In efforts to provide affordable shipping, we've partnered with the United States Postal Service.
        Is shipping refundable?
        At this time, we do not refund shipping. If there is a shipping overage, we are happy to return this back to you with an email notification.
        What kind of packaging is used to ship?
        We ship mainly in bubble poly mailers with bubble wrap to protect each product.
        On occasion, we offer shipment in cardboard boxes based on the product ordered. This is specified in the listing, if so.

        My item is damaged, what can you do?
        We're happy to send over another package if there's damage. Please reach out to us at with pictures of the damage.


        Are your products vegan?
        Yes, all of our products are vegan. If there is a change in formulation, we commit to clearly stating this on the listing and our site.

        Are your products organic?
        Majority of our products are organic. When labeling a product organic, we ensure all ingredients are certified organic.

        Who makes your products?
        All of our products are made in house by Isa, founder of Nurture from Nature.

        Do you use nut oils?
        Yes. We love nut oils and believe in the benefits each type of oil brings. However, if you have a nut allergy, we are happy to use an alternative blend. Please ask us for accommodations if this is your case.

        Do you test on animals?

        Our collection of products evolves over time to adapt to the market and seasons. If you are looking for an item no longer in stock, feel free to ask about it by reaching out to We'll be happy to recreate a product for you if availability allows.

        Why does my face mask need to be refrigerated?
        Our clay mask needs to be refrigerated to avoid molding. Clay is a wonderful addition to your mask routine, but it's a natural ingredient that molds when wet. We use mild, naturally derived preservatives on our products. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a long shelf life on your bathroom counter.

        What's the shelf life of your products?
        Most products have a shelf life of 12 months. With the exception of clay masks and toners, which have a shelf life of 3-6 months.

        Are your products toxic?
        No. We use only raw and natural ingredients and food grade oil blends. Please do not ingest our products, regardless of how yummy they smell!

        Do your products cure skin conditions?
        While we cannot claim this for legal reasons, we are positive that long term use of our products can provide with relief to certain skin ailments. Our customers have raved in the past of the benefits they've experienced.
        If you are experiencing a severe skin condition, please consult a doctor first to know what is safe for your situation.


        What is sugaring?
        Sugaring is the original method of hair removal. This formula has been around for hundreds of thousands of years, dating back to the Ptolemaic Kingdom in Egypt. Today, it's considered an alternative method of hair removal known to be less painful and best suited for sensitive skin. The ingredients are simply sugar, water, and fresh lemon juice cooked to a perfect consistency.

        Do I need to be an esthetician to sugar?
        No. Sugaring is easily done by anyone. It's definitely a craft you'll need to master but no schooling is necessary.

        Why would I sugar instead of going to a wax spa?
        Sugaring at home is more affordable and more comfortable. If you are looking to skip a few appointments to save money, or avoid the wax salon altogether, sugaring at home can be your solution.

        How many uses can I get from each jar?
        Each large jar contains enough for 2-3 sessions, depending on your hair density and growth.

        What body parts can I sugar?
        Any. Sugaring is safe for head-to-toe hair removal.

        Do you provide instructions?
        Yes! Our wax comes with instructions and wooden sticks for convenience.

        Help! My sugar wax is not working. What can I do?
        A lot of clients find it helpful to watch a sugaring video on youtube to get started. Additionally, we provide a quick demo on our social media channel: @nurturefromnature

        Can I get a refund?
